When you've arrived at your Group Hub, do the following:
• On the left-hand side, select the Settings tab.
• At the top of this Settings page, select the Billing tab.
• At the bottom of the Billing Information section, click the Update Billing Information button.
• In the Billing Information part of this page, include all of the information you want to appear on your invoices (see screenshot below)
• Select the Refresh icon next to the invoice in question to regenerate it (screenshot below)
• Download the invoice, which will include all of the most recent updates.
