First, login using the desktop or browser app. A popup box should appear informing you that your account is about to be deleted if you deactivated your account already.
Now all you have to do is click Restore Account to get back into your account and get your account restored.
Note: Only 14 days are allowed for your account to be in this "pending deletion" state. When you login and do not see this dialogue box, your account has already been terminated permanently and cannot be recovered.
